I have been attending art classes at Redbird Studio for nearly 3 years now. Jen has awoken my love of art that I haven’t pursued since I left school. I highly recommend Jen's Art Classes. She is a very talented teacher who is caring and supportive to her students. After working with her, my daughter Taylah (15) has entered art in local art shows and even earn't 1st place in her age division. Jen inspires individual creativity in her students.

My two children have been attending art classes at Redbird Studio for over two years. Even though they are chalk and cheese, Jen has given them both the opportunity to explore their creative interests and develop their natural talents. I cannot speak highly enough of her positive, friendly nature and passion for teaching that is demonstrated by her patience and dedication to her students.

Jen’s own artwork is amazing and unique, but she also has a natural gift for sharing her knowledge with others. She knows instinctively when to provide structure, and when to step back and push you outside of your comfort zone, while still providing encouragement, support and gentle guidance as you learn by doing (and making mistakes!). I look forward to my “art therapy” each week and being able to switch off the noise and distractions of the outside world….but also I have gained so much, not just in learning different techniques but so many aspects of art and creativity. Jen is a wonderful teacher experienced in a wide range of mediums and techniques. Attending Jen's classes and learning through practical and hands on experimentation at her studio has been a marvelous investment in myself as an artist and I has given me important foundational skills that I am able to use to create unique artworks. Jen is supportive and encouraging and she has helped me look at my own work through new eyes and as a result I've learnt to appreciate and develop my own artistic talents.
